If you need to cancel your registration after the cancellation deadline, you must contact the Event Chair and find another member from the waitlist or, if no waitlist is available, find a qualified member to take your place. If you do not find someone to take your place, you are responsible for the cost of the event and will be marked as a “No Show”.
